Our Mission
Our mission is to provide actionable science-based programs and support for those at risk or in the early stages of Alzheimer's or other forms of cognitive impairment. We want to improve the cognitive outlook for millions of people, allowing them to live longer, happier, and healthier lives.

Our core advisory team of scientists is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of and be proactive about their own brain health.
Our parent company, NeuroVision, was formed in 2010 and consists of experts in neurology, high-complexity fluid biomarkers, and diagnostic medical devices. We have research collaboration agreements with 24 of the top medical institutions and five pharmaceutical companies. Our Scientific Advisory Board is comprised of notable scientists and leaders from around the world.

The BrainHealth program is developed based on findings from the renowned Finnish Geriatric Intervention Study to Prevent Cognitive Impairment and Disability (FINGERS), which demonstrated that healthy lifestyle changes measurably help to prevent cognitive decline.

Has 20 years of experience in medical research, infectious diseases and immunology, biomarker development, diagnostics, and laboratory medicine.

Has over 10 years of experience in academic and medical device settings. Experience in a variety of research compliance areas, including clinical trials and human subject research, as well as leading quality and regulatory teams. Mieko has directed several clinical trials and collaborated with many mainstream large pharmaceutical companies.
A dedicated registered nurse with extensive practice in perioperative field. Her 8 years of clinical experience, working alongside medical professionals from diverse specialties and caring for patients in various hospital units, allows her to provide exceptional and compassionate care.
Josef has more than 20 years of experience in Ophthalmology, including work with private practices, hospitals, and academic and research institutions. He has served as an instructor and speaker at prestigious Annual Review Programs for the Georgetown University Review Courses, as well as JCAHPO/ATPO AAO Annual meetings since 2008.
With over 20 years of experience in product development, design, and merchandising, Christina has worked across a diverse range of industries, from high-end home goods to AI-powered photo storytelling software. Her expertise lies in creating consumer-centric experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.
Results-driven executive with over 30 years of experience in medical device markets, with a proven track record of launching successful startups. Steve spends his time thinking about how to solve big medical problems.
Professor of Medicine and Neurology at UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Cole is also Associate Director of the UCLA Alzheimer's Center, and Associate Director for Research at the Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center for the Greater Los Angeles Veterans Administration System.
Dr. Galasko is a Neurologist (specialist with Brain Health and Memory Disorders program) and Professor of Neurosciences at UCSD Health, as well as Associate Director of the UC San Diego Shiley-Marcos Alzheimer's Disease Research Center.
Former VP and Global Head, Medical Strategy, Neurology at IQVIA, Dr. Hughes is currently a member of the NIA-NIH task force for recruitment into Alzheimer’s trials and of the G7 & G20 World Dementia Councils. She is also co-chair of the DAVOS (DAC) taskforce for expediting clinical Alzheimer’s trials.
Dr. Kivipelto is Director of Research, Development, Education and Innovation at Karolinska Institute, in addition to a Karolinska University Hospital Professor. She is also a leader of the Finnish Geriatric Intervention Study to Prevent Cognitive Impairment and Disability (FINGERS) trial, which studies lifestyle intervention for Alzheimer’s disease.
With over 30 years' experience in health system and health plan leadership, as well as in medical practice, Dr. Selna most recently served as President and CEO of Quartz. He is also co-founder of an AI company using data and algorithms to help health systems improve financial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
A longtime leader in the Neuroscience Therapeutic area, Dr. Twyman was the Senior Vice President at Janssen Pharmaceutical Research & Development LLC, where he oversaw Alzheimer’s Disease Therapeutics.
With over 30 years’ research experiences, Dr. Vanmechelen is founder and CSO at ADX, which researches and quantifies biomarkers for neurodegenerative disease. He is also involved in multiple international projects, including the EU Miriade Project, which is working to discover and clinically validate biomarkers for dementia.
With over 20 years’ biotech experience at companies including AMRAD, Virax, CRC for Mental Health, and Medicines Development for Global Health, Dr. Ward is currently COO at Medicines Development for Global Health, as well as Head of Business Development at CRC for Mental Health and Australian Imaging, Biomarker and Lifestyle Study of Ageing.
