Dr Anitha Rao is a board-certified neurologist and physician entrepreneur. She serves as the Chair of the American Academy of Neurology’s Geriatric Section, and she sits on the Board of Trustees at ThedaCare HealthSystem. Dr Rao is part of the Board of Directors for the Lewy Body Dementia Association and her globally recognized research has been highlighted by the Washington Post, Forbes Magazine, and the Alzheimer’s Association. Dr Rao completed her Cognitive Neurology fellowship at University of California San Francisco, Neurology residency at Case Western Reserve University, and her medical school at University of Toledo College of Medicine. Her interests include artificial intelligence, population health, and clinical workflow design.
