Discuss your Risk Factor Review with your BrainHealth Educator, who will make test recommendations.

Complete Your Test

Receive your online Assessment and complete in the privacy of your own home.

Schedule Appointment

Schedule an appointment with your BrainHealth Educator to review your results and discuss next steps.

Monitor Your Progress

Track changes to your cognitive health over time. Your results will always be private and stored in our HIPAA-compliant platform.

Each cognitive assessment includes a 20-minute follow-up consultation with your BrainHealth Educator. Together, you can discuss your results and identify next steps, including lifestyle changes to improve your health and potentially prevent cognitive decline.
